Interstate 91 in Rocky Hill affected by lane closures due to car collision
The left and center southbound lanes of Interstate 91 in Rocky Hill at exit 23 were temporarily shut down because of a crash involving a single vehicle. Around 9:40 a.m., the car struck the guardrail and overturned down an incline. Fortunately, all passengers managed to exit the vehicle unharmed, and there were no reported injuries. By 11 a.m., the lanes were reopened after the area was cleared.
