The video shows a white truck colliding with the railroad crossing sign and flipping over after attempting a left turn. Following the incident, a police vehicle arrived at the scene. Authorities reported that the crash was a result of the driver fleeing an attempted traffic stop by an officer around 10 a.m. Consequently, the southbound lanes on Victory Boulevard have been closed, and alternative routes are suggested for motorists. Images from the incident show emergency response teams, including fire crews and EMS, working to extract the person from the vehicle using extraction tools.
