Injuries from semi truck accident in Owensboro
In Owensboro, there was a reported incident involving a semi truck on Saturday that led to the overturning of the vehicle in the 1700 block of the Audubon Parkway. The westbound lanes of traffic in the area are expected to be closed for an extended period. Fortunately, the driver and a young passenger in the semi suffered non life-threatening injuries. The exact cause of the accident has not yet been determined. Motorists are advised to take an alternate route on U.S. 60 to bypass the affected area all the way to Henderson. Furthermore, be aware that the westbound ramps between U.S. 60 and the Henderson County line will also be closed off.
