A downtown building in Greenfield, Indiana, was damaged due to a multi-vehicle crash on Sunday evening. The Sugar Creek Township Fire Department was called to 107 W. Main St. after a car collided with J.W. Riley's Emporium around 4:48 p.m. The driver of the vehicle had a medical emergency, leading to the crash. Despite being involved in a three-vehicle collision, all individuals in J.W. Riley's Emporium were unharmed. Emergency responders stabilized the building using a lace-post box shoring system that can support up to 32,000 pounds. While working at the scene, one firefighter sustained a minor injury and was checked by medics. Updates on the driver's medical condition have not been provided by authorities.
