Infant killed in Manchester after being struck by vehicle, according to authorities
A tragic incident resulting in the death of an 11-month-old baby has been reported by Manchester police to News 9. The baby, who would have turned 1-year-old, was struck by a vehicle driven by a Manchester man accused of drunk driving. Justin LaClair, 23, faces charges including aggravated DWI and reckless conduct after allegedly hitting the family while crossing the street. LaClair remains in custody until his next court appearance in 10 days.
