Indictment issued for fatal crash in Coitsville
A Mahoning County grand jury in Youngstown, Ohio has issued charges in a tragic collision case. Robert Powell, a 24-year-old from North Carolina, faces allegations of aggravated vehicular homicide, improperly handling firearms in a vehicle, and operating a vehicle under the influence. Authorities reported that Powell failed to yield at an intersection in Coitsville, resulting in a fatal accident where the other driver succumbed to injuries at the hospital.
