Multiple lanes are blocked on the inbound Dan Ryan Expressway following a tragic accident involving a pedestrian and an SUV, leading to delays during Monday's morning commute. The incident occurred just north of 75th Street around 4:30 a.m. Emergency crews are currently on-site investigating the crash, resulting in the closure of three right lanes.
