Identifying victims in fatal Dartmouth accident
Two men who died in a car crash on I-195 West in Dartmouth have been identified as 19-year-old Kevin Dos Santos Lopes from New Bedford and 18-year-old Amilton De Pina Semedo from Pawtucket. Both individuals were ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at St. Luke’s Hospital in New Bedford. The crash, which occurred just before the Reed Rd. exit, is not suspicious, and it is unclear who was driving at the time of the accident. Massachusetts State Police and troopers from the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office are investigating the incident.
