The search for the last missing person from a boat that capsized in Lake Tahoe this past weekend has come to a close, bringing the total fatalities to eight, officials announced on Monday evening. Initially, six adults lost their lives in the accident, two individuals were rescued, and two were reported missing. Then, on Monday afternoon, the final missing person was discovered deceased. The El Dorado County Sheriff's Coroner's Office has released the names of all the victims involved in the tragic accident. Additionally, doorDash confirmed that one of the deceased, Joshua Pickles, was an executive at the company. The incident occurred amidst sudden weather changes in the Tahoe region, with a storm surprising many boaters on the lake.
