Authorities in Oregon have identified the two victims of a tragic waterfall accident, while search and rescue efforts continue for the missing individual. The victims have been named as Amanda Lloyd, aged 40 from Rockwall, Texas, and Lindsay Bashan, aged 33 from Parkland, Florida. The incident occurred over the weekend near Bend when a group tubing along the Deschutes River was swept over Dillon Falls. The treacherous section of the river is known for its dangerous 15-foot falls and rapids filled with obstacles such as rocks and debris. Six individuals were involved, with three managing to escape to shore, and tragically two losing their lives. The search operation involves air and ground teams, including specialized equipment and K9 units. Authorities are cautioning the public to avoid the area to prevent any interference with rescue efforts.
