Identification of pedestrian who died in Fayston accident
Authorities have identified the victim of the fatal crash in Fayston on Saturday as 74-year-old Thomas Studley from Fayston. Reports indicate that Studley was walking along Mansfield Road around 1 p.m. when he was hit by a car driven by 19-year-old Noah Kirson of Winter Park, Florida. Unfortunately, Studley did not survive the incident, while Kirson emerged unscathed. Kirson has been arrested and is facing charges of Gross Negligent Operation with Death Resulting. He is currently detained at the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility and is scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
