Identification of man killed in head-on collision with tractor-trailer released
A 61-year-old man tragically lost his life in a collision with a tractor-trailer on Route 30, as reported by the York County coroner. The victim has been identified as Joel Holtzinger from Springettsbury Township. The incident occurred close to the North Lake Road junction in Paradise Township around 1 a.m. on Thursday. Preliminary investigations suggest that the man crossed over the double yellow line into oncoming traffic. He was declared deceased at the scene, with the Northern York County Regional police currently conducting an inquiry into the incident. Additionally, the coroner was summoned to another crash in Shrewsbury Township in York County an hour later.
