Identification of Loxley crash victim
Police in Loxley, Alabama have identified Joseph Buckalew, a 25-year-old man who was tragically killed in a car crash on Monday evening. The incident occurred while he was walking along Highway 59 near Baldwin Prep Academy at approximately 8:30 p.m. At the time of the accident, Buckalew did not have any identification on his person. Although authorities have now identified him, they are still working to determine his city of origin. The only potential clue they have is the existence of some distant relatives living in Spanish Fort.
