Identification of deceased victims in Pembroke bus crash
New York State Police have identified the individuals who tragically lost their lives in a tour bus accident near Pembroke. Those who passed away include a student from China studying at Columbia University, residents of New Jersey, and an individual from India. The crash happened when the driver of an M & Y Tour Inc. bus, traveling from Niagara Falls to New York City, veered off the road near Exit 48A on I-90. The bus hit the median and tipped over, causing injuries to all 54 passengers onboard. Several victims were taken to different hospitals for treatment, with some already discharged and others in stable condition. The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating the incident and anyone with relevant information is urged to contact the New York State Police.
