Identification of crash victim in Lake County
The Lake County Sheriff, Don Bell, has confirmed that Jake D. McConnell, a 41-year-old man from Belgrade, was tragically killed in an off-road motorcycle accident on Memorial Day weekend in the Mission Valley. The incident occurred around 2:30 p.m. on Sunday near the Buffalo Bridge area of the Flathead River. An autopsy at the State Medical Examiner's Office in Missoula will determine the cause and manner of death.
