Identification of 25-year-old woman in Cumberland accident
Authorities in Cumberland, Rhode Island, have identified the victim of a fatal crash as Emma Bates, 25, from Lincoln. Bates was discovered deceased in her vehicle on West Wrentham Road after it swerved off the road, struck a tree, and ignited late Tuesday evening.
