Identification made of person killed in Redwood Road crash
A tragic car accident on Redwood Road in West Jordan, Utah resulted in the passing of 66-year-old Lisa McGeary. The crash, which occurred Tuesday evening, involved two vehicles. One of the occupants was rushed to the hospital in critical condition and later succumbed to their injuries. Authorities have identified the victim as Lisa McGeary, who was driving an Acura and exiting the Memorial Redwood Mortuary and Cemetery parking lot when she was struck by a southbound traveling Tesla occupied by three individuals who sustained minor injuries. The West Jordan Police Department is currently investigating the cause of the accident and whether impairment played a role. Redwood Road was closed during the investigation, and further details have not been disclosed at this time.
