Identification made after deadly crash on I-83.
A man has been identified as the victim of a fatal crash on Interstate 83 in York County. Terrell Harris, 36, of York, lost control of his vehicle and collided with a gate at a weigh station near milepost 34.2 in Newberry Township. Despite being taken to a nearby hospital, he was pronounced dead. State troopers are currently conducting an investigation into the incident.
