According to reports from the Virginia State Police, the crash took place at 1:02 p.m. involving a landscaping truck carrying two oversized tree stumps. Initial findings indicate that the truck collided with the Lakeside Avenue overpass and flipped over. The driver was taken to VCU Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
