I-65 near Franklin shut down due to semi-truck accident

A collision on I-65 in Franklin, Indiana heavily damaged a semi truck, resulting in the closure of all southbound lanes. This is the second interstate closure on Tuesday, with southbound lanes of I-69 in Fishers also closed due to a serious crash, traffic being redirected onto 106th Street.
