Henrico man, 41, dies in Powhite Parkway crash
A man from Henrico County, aged 41, tragically passed away in a single-vehicle crash on Powhite Parkway in Richmond last Saturday. The accident occurred at 1:46 a.m. prompting a response from Richmond Police Department officers. Stephen Lomax, the driver, was pronounced deceased at the crash site.
