Members of the Port Aransas community have come together to establish a fund in memory of Byron Davis, a 17-year-old student at Port Aransas High School who tragically lost his life in a car accident. Donations can be made at ValueBank Texas in Port Aransas under the name of The Byron Davis Family Memorial Fund. Contributions can be made in cash or by check payable to "The family of Byron Davis" or "Byron Davis Memorial Fund." While a private funeral is planned for Byron, details for a public service are yet to be announced.
