Fresno County road closed due to propane truck rollover incident
Two individuals are in critical condition following a serious accident involving a propane truck in Fresno County on Tuesday. The incident occurred when a sedan pulled onto Friant Avenue from a winery, not noticing the approaching truck. The collision caused the truck to overturn and leak fuel, while the sedan ended up on the road shoulder. Both occupants of the sedan sustained severe injuries, with one airlifted and the other transported by ground ambulance. The truck driver suffered minor injuries. Authorities are working to clear the area, and traffic on Friant Road is being affected with drivers advised to find alternate routes. Despite the severity of the crash, DUI is not believed to be a contributing factor.
