A tragic two-car collision occurred in Sun Valley on Saturday afternoon, resulting in the deaths of two individuals and injuries to two others. The incident took place around 3:30 p.m. at the intersection of N. Lauren Canyon Boulevard and Strathern Street. The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to the scene, where firefighters found two men in their 20s who had passed away in one of the vehicles. Rescuers had to use specialized tools to extricate them from the wreckage. One victim died on-site, while the other succumbed to injuries after being taken to a nearby hospital. Two additional victims, one a 45-year-old man and the other unidentified, sustained minor injuries but declined medical treatment. Authorities are working to determine the cause of the collision.
