Fatality in East McKeesport after car accident and gunfire.
One individual has tragically passed away following a late-night car accident combined with a shooting incident in East McKeesport. The Allegheny County Police reported that around 11:30 p.m. on Thursday, 911 received reports of a multiple-vehicle collision in the 500 block of Pittsburgh Street near Park Avenue. Upon the arrival of law enforcement and emergency medical services, they discovered that a vehicle had collided with several parked cars. Inside the vehicle, authorities found a man who had sustained a gunshot wound in the chest and was declared deceased at the scene. The deceased has been identified as Keith Pelmon III, a 20-year-old resident of Penn Hills. Initial investigations suggest that the shooting occurred at the intersection of Park Avenue and Pittsburgh Street, following which the victim drove to Walnut Alley and Pittsburgh Street where the crashes occurred.
