Fatal traffic accident claims motorcyclist in San Jose
A tragic incident occurred in San Jose on Thursday morning, resulting in a motorcyclist losing their life in a traffic collision. The San Jose Police Department responded to reports of the crash on Senter Road and Sylvandale Avenue, finding a silver Harley Davidson motorcycle and its rider involved. The motorcyclist, identified as an adult male, was pronounced dead at the scene, with his identity being withheld until his next of kin are notified. An initial investigation revealed that a Chevrolet Camaro and the motorcycle collided when the Camaro was making a right turn from Buckeye Drive onto Sylvandale Avenue. The driver of the Camaro cooperated with authorities at the scene. This unfortunate incident marks the 10th fatal traffic collision and the 10th traffic-related fatality in San Jose in 2025, as reported by the SJPD.
