Fatal three-vehicle crash claims lives of woman and teenage girl in Aurora

In Aurora, Colorado, a tragic car accident occurred early Sunday morning involving three sedans. Sadly, a woman and a teenage girl lost their lives, and several others, including the suspect, were injured in the crash. The incident took place at the intersection of E. Alameda Parkway and S. Airport Boulevard around 2:49 a.m., as reported by the Aurora Police Department. According to authorities, a high-speed Audi sedan ran a red light and collided with a Hyundai sedan carrying a 37-year-old woman and a 15-year-old girl, who were both fatally injured. The Audi contained an 18-year-old male driver and a 16-year-old female passenger. The driver sustained serious injuries but is expected to recover, while the passenger had minor injuries. Another vehicle, a Toyota sedan, was also involved in the accident, with the driver suffering minor injuries. Police indicated that charges are forthcoming pending a review by the district attorney's office.
