Fatal three-vehicle collision in Greene County
In Greene County, a fatal three-vehicle collision occurred on Sunday morning, resulting in one fatality and two injuries. The incident, which took place around 11:36 a.m. on U.S. 68 in Xenia, led to the closure of the road. Details revealed that a Hyundai Santa Fe driven by a 48-year-old woman from Xenia stopped on U.S. 68, causing a Ford Fusion driven by a 43-year-old man from Dayton to swerve and collide with both the Hyundai and a Chevrolet Avalanche driven by a 61-year-old Dayton man. Sadly, the Ford driver passed away at the scene due to not wearing a seatbelt, while the Hyundai and Chevy drivers sustained minor injuries but were wearing theirs.
