Fatal Southern California freeway collision
A tragic accident on the 10 Freeway in Ontario, California on Tuesday afternoon resulted in the loss of at least three lives and left two others in the hospital. The incident occurred around 1 p.m. in the westbound lanes near the junction with Interstate 15, as reported by the California Highway Patrol. An eyewitness described how a red cab big rig crashed into the traffic without slowing down, causing a chain reaction collision that involved multiple tractor trailers and vehicles. The wreckage led to a large fireball and significant damage, with one vehicle too damaged to identify. Apart from the fatalities, two individuals sustained serious injuries.
