Fatal single-car crash in Wisconsin leaves one person dead, vehicle engulfed in flames.
Police in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin are looking into a tragic incident where a person lost their life on Tuesday afternoon following a car crash that resulted in the vehicle catching on fire. The Menomonee Falls Police Department responded to a collision at 3:35 p.m. that day, involving a 2007 Toyota Corolla that veered off the road and collided with a tree. The car, driven by one individual traveling northbound on Lannon Road, was discovered engulfed in flames on the east side of the road. Firefighters from Menomonee Falls Fire Department successfully extinguished the fire, but unfortunately, the driver was found deceased inside the vehicle. While speed is suspected to have played a role in the crash, authorities are still investigating the full circumstances. No further information has been disclosed at this time.
