Fatal Saturday morning collision claims teen's life, injures man
The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal two-vehicle collision that took place early Saturday morning in Escambia County. The incident, which occurred around 12:38 a.m. on Highway 90 near Muscogee Road in Cantonment, involved two SUVs colliding. Unfortunately, a 17-year-old male driver lost his life in the crash, as he was not wearing a seatbelt at the time. The other driver, a 26-year-old man, sustained minor injuries. Troopers were present at the scene for an extended period of time conducting their investigation.
