Fatal Sacramento collision; driver suspected of DUI in hospital
Three individuals lost their lives in a tragic collision involving a suspected drunk driver in Sacramento, early on Saturday morning. The incident took place near Roseville Road and Connie Drive, where officers were called to a collision between a truck and another vehicle. Sadly, upon their arrival, they found one vehicle engulfed in flames with two occupants still inside, who unfortunately perished at the scene. A third person, who was ejected from one of the vehicles, was also found deceased nearby. The driver of the truck sustained severe injuries and was hospitalized in stable condition, with authorities suspecting possible intoxication as a factor. The identities of the victims and the driver have not been disclosed, and the circumstances leading to the crash remain under investigation by the Sacramento Police.
