Fatal Rollover Crash on I-294 Exit Ramp to I-290
A fatal accident occurred on Wednesday morning when a semi-truck rolled over on a ramp connecting the Tri-State Tollway to the Eisenhower Expressway. The driver, who was the only one in the vehicle, lost control of the semi around 4 a.m. The Illinois State Police reported the incident. The driver was sadly pronounced dead at the scene, with their identity pending release by the Cook County medical examiner's office.
