Fatal rollover crash in East County leaves driver dead

The driver, a 57-year-old from El Cajon, was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from his 2006 Toyota Tacoma, suffering fatal injuries. His passenger, a 41-year-old man, sustained minor injuries and was taken to a hospital for treatment. The California Highway Patrol is investigating the crash, including the possibility of drugs or alcohol playing a role.
