Fatal rollover crash in Death Valley National Park

The National Park Service reported that a tragic incident took place at Death Valley National Park, resulting in the death of a man due to a single-vehicle accident. The crash happened in the early hours of June 13 on CA-190 near North Highway. The 46-year-old man lost his life in the rollover crash, emphasizing the unfortunate frequency of such events at the park, as mentioned by Superintendent Mike Reynolds. It is worth noting that vehicle accidents are the leading cause of death in the park. Park rangers are advising all drivers to adhere to speed limits and avoid driving when tired to prevent such tragedies. This marks the second fatal vehicle accident at the park this year.
