Fatal pedestrian-dog collision in San Francisco
The San Francisco Police Department reported that a tragic vehicle collision occurred at Howard and 7th streets involving a pedestrian and a vehicle, resulting in the loss of one person and a dog. Authorities have stated that alcohol or drugs do not seem to be factors in the incident. The pedestrian sustained life-threatening injuries and despite medical intervention, they unfortunately succumbed to those injuries. The police have confirmed that the driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and is cooperating with the investigation.
