Fatal pedestrian accident at 31st and Prospect in Kansas City: KCPD
The Kansas City Police Department reported a fatal incident involving a pedestrian being struck while crossing 31st Street near Prospect Avenue. Emergency personnel responded to the scene on Thursday morning and found the pedestrian had passed away. The initial investigation revealed that the pedestrian was hit by a Ford F250 pickup while crossing the street in a marked crosswalk. The driver and passengers of the pickup were unharmed.
