Fatal motorcycle crash on I-195 involving Taunton rider
An investigation is currently underway regarding a fatal motorcycle accident that occurred on I-195 in Dartmouth late Monday night. The Massachusetts State Police were called to the eastbound side of the highway near Exit 22 at around 11:30 p.m. The motorcyclist involved, identified as Pierre Hriz, 20, from Taunton, was tragically pronounced dead at the scene by EMS. The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) also arrived to assist in the closure of the left and middle lanes. The cause of the accident is still unknown.
