Fatal motorcycle crash in west Columbus
Tragically, a fatal two-car collision involving a motorcycle occurred in west Columbus over the weekend. The incident took place at the intersection of Roberts and Hilliard Rome roads on Saturday evening. Emergency responders were alerted to the crash, leading to two individuals being rushed to a nearby hospital in critical condition. Sadly, both victims succumbed to their injuries, with the first passing at 7:17 p.m. and the second at 7:30 p.m. As investigations are ongoing, the intersection has been temporarily closed.
