Fatal motorcycle crash at Nashville intersection, according to police
A tragic incident took place in North Nashville as a result of a collision at an intersection, in which a motorcyclist lost his life on Thursday night. The crash at Trinity Lane near Scruggs Lane involved a Mazda MZ3 sedan entering a left turn lane and being struck by the motorcycle. The motorcyclist, identified as Elliot Carter, passed away after being taken to TriStar Skyline Medical Center. Speed seems to have been a factor in the crash, as evidenced by video footage showing the motorcyclist traveling at a high speed. The roadway was closed for some time while authorities investigated the incident, and it has now been reopened.
