The incident took place at approximately 5:13 p.m. on North Keystone Avenue near East 32nd Street, prompting a response from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department. Upon arrival, officers found a damaged UPS truck and a motorcycle at the scene. Immediate medical assistance was provided to the adult male motorcyclist, who tragically succumbed to his injuries. The UPS truck driver cooperated with investigators, including undergoing a standard chemical test following the accident.
