Fatal motorcycle accident on Route 30 in Westmoreland County
One individual tragically lost their life in a motorcycle accident in Westmoreland County over the weekend. The victim, identified as Brandon Shea, succumbed to his injuries after a collision involving a Toyota Camry on Route 30. The accident occurred near Wimmerton Boulevard in Unity Township just after 6 p.m. According to reports, Shea was critically injured and later pronounced dead at the hospital. Pennsylvania State Police are currently investigating the incident, which is the second crash to occur in the area within a short span of time. Just the day prior, a separate two-vehicle accident resulted in two individuals being hospitalized – a 20-year-old man with serious injuries and a 60-year-old man with minor injuries.
