Fatal Motorcycle Accident in West Wichita
A fatal motorcycle accident occurred in southwest Wichita on Interstate 235 near West Street when Jess Chavez, 51, of Wichita, lost control of his Harley Davidson. Chavez veered off the interstate, hitting a guardrail and being thrown from his bike, eventually coming to a stop on Bolin Drive where he tragically passed away.
