A recent motorcycle accident in Acton, Massachusetts resulted in the tragic deaths of two individuals, as reported by the Middlesex County District Attorney's office. The motorcyclist, a 35-year-old man from Methuen, was killed at the scene, while his passenger, a 27-year-old woman from Acton, succumbed to her injuries at a local hospital. Authorities have not yet disclosed the names of the victims. The incident occurred around 1 a.m. when the motorcycle, traveling west on Lawsbrook Road, veered off the road near the School Street intersection, hitting a curb and then a guardrail. Both individuals were ejected from the motorcycle due to the impact of the crash. Law enforcement closed the road to investigate, and a damaged motorcycle was removed by a flatbed truck. The cause of the accident is still under investigation by the District Attorney's office, Acton police, and Massachusetts State Police.
