Fatal motorcycle accident causes major traffic congestion near Irvine Spectrum on 405 freeway

The incident marked the fourth motorcycle crash reported that morning, causing a complete closure of the southbound lanes for investigation. The shutdown resulted in substantial traffic delays extending for about a mile.
