Michael Kelley Whitley, 68, of Midland, Texas, tragically passed away in a car accident on August 1st. Reports indicate that Whitley was driving west on BI-20 near mile marker 311 when he lost control of his vehicle and hit the north cable barrier. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities are currently investigating the incident, and no further details are known at this time.
