Fatal Industrial Incident: Man dies while trimming trees in Rockford
A Kent City man lost his life in an industrial accident while trimming trees in Rockford, according to authorities. The tragic incident occurred on West Bridge Street just after 1 p.m. on Tuesday. The 43-year-old man was using a towable trailer boom lift when the accident took place. Unfortunately, he did not survive. The man's identity has not been disclosed, and the cause of the accident is currently under investigation by the Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
