The victims were tragically identified as a mother, Reagan Dougan, 27, and her four children, rather than initially reported as two adults and three children. Dougan and her kids - a 9-year-old boy, a 4-year-old boy, a 2-year-old girl, and a 3-month-old boy - lost their lives. Dougan had rented a car from Raleigh, North Carolina, and was en route to Florida to meet her husband when the accident occurred. The investigation into the crash's cause is ongoing.
