Fatal I-55 crash in Livingston Co. leaves one dead, three injured
One person has died and three others were injured in a two-vehicle collision on I-55 in Pontiac on Friday morning. The incident took place around 4:50 a.m. on August 15, according to the Illinois State Police. After the crash, one person was pronounced dead at the scene and three others were taken to hospitals for treatment. Two of the injured individuals were airlifted to a regional hospital while the third was transported by ambulance to a local hospital.
