Fatal hit-and-run incident on Las Vegas Strip
A fatal accident occurred on the Las Vegas Strip early Friday morning involving a hit-and-run driver and a pedestrian. The incident occurred around 3:30 a.m. at the intersection of Las Vegas Boulevard and Flamingo Road. Traffic in the area has been redirected as the intersection is closed. Sadly, the pedestrian who was struck did not survive the crash. The vehicle involved was found abandoned nearby. Motorists are advised by traffic reporter Nate Tannenbaum to use alternative routes such as Tropicana Avenue, Spring Mountain Road, and Paradise Road.
